Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1 sells 25,000 tickets for extended first weekend at PVR and INOX, a week ahead of its theatrical release

Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1, which is slated to release on July 12, 2023, has already sold 25,000 tickets for its extended first weekend in India alone across PVR and INOX. Out of 25,000 tickets, 12,000 are for the opening day alone and the opening day is a working Wednesday. With just over a week left for the film to release, these figures indicate that MI:7 could, in all likelihood, take an even bigger opening than Fast X in India. Let us tell you that Fast X has become Hollywood’s biggest hit in India so far this year.

Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1 is also receiving a promising response from the United States, with an estimate of $100 million for the extended 5-day weekend.

The booking of MI:7 is quite good in the domestic market as well. Based on advance bookings the film is estimated to collect around $100 million in its extended first weekend and the rest depends on how it is received by the audience. The initial screenings have received unanimously positive reviews, but ultimately, what matters is how the film works for a larger section of the audience.
